We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google Store purchase; if you are not, you can return most items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all devices are in their original condition and include all included accessories and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit your Google Store order history, select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to start the process.

  Print Label

  Check your email for a printable prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip provided by Google Support.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip inside the box, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
